- Subscription boxes are shipped via USPS
- Delivery typically takes 3-5 business days.
- The subscription box shipping fee is $4.95 and includes tracking
Items will be shipped to the address listed in your account.
You have until the 15th day of each shipping month to update your address. After the 15th, we can not guarantee that your address can be updated.
You may update your shipping address and payment information anytime by logging into your dashboard

First Box Money Back Guarantee
If you are not happy with your first box, for whatever reason, you can return it for a full refund. The products must be in original & unopened condition. You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your box. Returns and refunds are at our sole discretion. We do not provide shipping for returns. If you have a concern or question please email us at email@example.com.
Monthly Box Refund Policy
We do not accept returns on subscription boxes once they are shipped. We can refund before shipment. To request a refund BEFORE YOUR BOX IS SHIPPED by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Any refunds will be to the customer’s original form of payment in its entirety (i.e. the full amount of the transaction). A refund will only be given within 30 days of the original purchase date. You can cancel anytime on your dashboard.
Prepaid Gift Subscription Boxes are non-refundable.
Shipping and handling costs are not refundable.
We will replace items if they are defective, damaged, or missing from your shipment. If an item arrives damaged or is missing from your box, send an email to Pretty Janes, LLC ( email@example.com ) within 7 days of delivery and we will mail you a replacement item at no cost to you. If the item is damaged, you may be asked to email us a photo of the item, which will be used to improve quality assurance processes. We do not accept returns on individual items included in subscription boxes.
Replacements are approved at the sole discretion of Pretty Janes, LLC. All attempts will be made to replace your item with an identical or similar item. This means that we will make every attempt to match the color and/or variant of the item we are replacing. If an identical or similar item is not available, we reserve the right to offer you a choice between a non-identical replacement item of similar value or a credit on your account. Replacement items are shipped to the purchaser’s address
Pretty Janes, LLC is not responsible for damage that occurs due to weather, postal carrier handling, or which occurs after the postal carrier has delivered your package.
