CBD

What is CBD?

Cannabidiol, more commonly known as CBD, is a compound extracted from hemp containing significant beneficial properties. It does not possess any psychoactive properties, therefore; it cannot make you high.

Is CBD legal?

Yes. CBD Oil is legal in all 50 United States if it contains less then 0.3% THC.  The United States Farm Bill legalizes Hemp and Hemp-Based Products. Which contain less than 0.3% THC. 

Will CBD get me high?

No! Hemp, by legal definition, contains less than 0.3% THC on a dry weight basis.  THC is what causes psychoactive effects (the “high” feeling), NOT CBD.  So CBD will not get you high.

Subscription Box

What is the Pretty Jane Subscription Box?

Pretty Janes Box is a monthly CBD & Hemp subscription box designed specifically for women.  Get exceptionally crafted products shipped right to your door…. judgment free

Each month you will discover high-quality CBD products and other various goodies.  Items will vary monthly but will include things like edibles, oils, beauty products, bath bombs, teas/coffees etc.

When will I be charged?

Your first box payment will be charged immediately. Every Box thereafter will be renewed on the 18th of the month.

How much is shipping?
  •  We ship USPS within the United States only.
  • Shipping is $4.95 flat rate 
  • Shipping is FREE for the 3 month subscription
When will my box be shipped?

First Order

  • We ship new orders every Wednesday.  Your first box will bill the Janes Favorite.  These are hand-selected, favorite CBD products that you are sure to love.
  • The box will have the same value as your selected subscription plan.

Subscription Monthly Boxes

  • The 20th of every month we ship your boxes.
  • Subscription Renewal - 18th of the following month

 

Can I cancel the subscription anytime?

Yes.  You can cancel or pause anytime in your client dashboard.  Please note, all cancellations must take place BEFORE the 18th of the month to take effect that month.

How do I update my information?

To update any information such as address or credit card details, simply log in to your client dashboard.

Can I return individual items in the subscription box?

We do not allow returns or exchanges on individual items in the Subscription Box products unless they are damaged.   You can read our return policy here. 

Can I return my entire box?

 I did not like anything in my box” — Our staff works to inform you of and introduce you to the best products each month.   We understand that everyone is different. Some products may be a better fit to some more than others, but that’s part of the fun and part of the service we provide: helping you learn about new products.

We encourage you to share your products with your friends, and hopefully, next month’s box will include products you will enjoy! There are some great forums online for sample exchanging, and we hope you reach out to other subscribers to swap for something you’ll love.

How long will my subscription last?

As long as you are subscribed to the Jane box, we will continue to bill and send you a new box each month. You can cancel or pause anytime on your dashboard.
