No-Bake Protein Balls
This is the easiest no-bake protein balls. Take 10 minutes to whip up a batch of these protein balls and snack healthy all week long
- 1 1/2 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
- 1 cup natural peanut butter
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 scoops (about 50–60 grams) chocolate protein powder
- 2 Tablespoons chocolate chips
- 1 dropper of CBD Oil
1️⃣Place oats, peanut butter, honey, protein powder and chocolate chips in a large bowl and stir to combine.
2️⃣Getting the mixture to combine takes a little arm muscle and it may seem too thick at first, but it will come together as you keep mixing. I used my hands to knead the dough near the end and that seems to help.
3️⃣Once combined, use a small cookie scoop to scoop and form the dough into balls.
4️⃣Store in a covered container in the fridge or freezer.
Chocolate Chia Pudding
OMG! This pudding is creamy, naturally sweetened, chocolaty 🍫, loaded with nutrients, delicious 😋, & easy. You can eat it for a decadent breakfast, mid-day snack, or after-dinner dessert. You can’t go wrong either way! And it lasts for a few days in the fridge
1️⃣Add all ingredients except chia seeds in a bowl and whisk to combine.
2️⃣Add chia seeds and stir to combine.
3️⃣Cover and refrigerate overnight, or at least 3-5 hours (until it’s achieved a pudding-like consistency).
4️⃣Leftovers keep covered in the fridge for 4-5 days⠀⠀

Healthy Egg Nog
Egg nog is a great treat that I personally feel can be enjoyed any season. And this recipe has way less fat and sugar than traditional eggnog. Plus, the eggs are cooked so that there are no raw eggs in this eggnog!
- 6 large egg, yolk
- 1/3 cup maple syrup, pure
- 3 cups milk
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1️⃣Whisk eggs, maple syrup, and milk in a medium saucepan
2️⃣Place on a burner over medium heat.
3️⃣Whisk regularly until the mixture reaches 160* F or so and coats the back of a metal spoon slightly.
4️⃣Remove from the heat and allow to cool for 10 minutes.
5️⃣Mix in the spices and vanilla.
6️⃣Chill in the fridge for a few hours or overnight
7️⃣Whisk well before serving
